Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an OIKON subscription and when you are entitled to a refund. OIKON is operated by Jamil Ahmed J Baabdullah LLC (Commercial Registration 7050033179), trading as OIKON (“OIKON”, “we”, “us”). For any refund or cancellation request, contact us at support@oikon.io.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew or be charged again. You keep access to your paid features until that period ends; we do not cut you off mid-period.

2. 14-day satisfaction guarantee (first payment)

If you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to your initial subscription charge, once per account.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable after the renewal date, because the new period begins immediately. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal charged you in error or you believe it was incorrect, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

4. Cycles (in-app credits)

Cycles are the in-app credits used to run AI actions. Cycles you have purchased and not yet used are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Contact us and we will refund the unused balance from that purchase. Cycles that have already been consumed by AI actions are non-refundable, because the underlying compute has been used. Cycles included with a subscription plan (rather than purchased separately) are part of that plan and are not separately refundable.

5. Plan changes

When you upgrade mid-period, we credit the unused value of your current plan against the new one, so you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@oikon.io from the address on your account, with your account email and what you would like refunded. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
