Cosmo — Your AI Assistant

1. Service Description

Cosmo is a personal AI operator developed and operated by OIKON Technology ("OIKON", "we", "us"). Cosmo connects to your tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and others) via OAuth and direct integrations to execute tasks on your behalf. Cosmo is powered by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. Cosmo is not a licensed professional advisor. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Any information or actions Cosmo provides should be verified independently.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at legal@oikon.ai. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

3. Stardust (Virtual Currency)

Stardust (SD) is a non-refundable virtual currency used within the Cosmo platform. Each AI action consumes a certain amount of Stardust. Stardust has no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Purchased Stardust is non-refundable. OIKON reserves the right to adjust Stardust pricing, earning rates, and consumption rates with reasonable notice to users. Unused Stardust from subscription plans does not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated.

4. Content Ownership

You own all content you create, upload, or share through Cosmo. We do not claim ownership of your data, messages, files, or any content you provide. We use your content solely to provide and improve the service for you. AI-generated responses are provided for your use, but we make no claim of ownership over them and do not guarantee their accuracy or originality.

5. AI Limitations

Cosmo is powered by Claude (Anthropic) and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. AI responses and tool actions should be verified for important decisions. Cosmo uses one model call per message with automatic tool-use routing. We continuously improve Cosmo, but we cannot guarantee error-free operation. OIKON is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated information or tool executions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cosmo to: generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate the AI system; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; violate any applicable laws or regulations; send spam or unsolicited communications through Cosmo's channels; share your account access with unauthorized parties. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Connected Services

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, desktop app, etc.) to Cosmo, you authorize Cosmo to access and perform actions on those services on your behalf, limited to the scope you approve via OAuth or bridge connection. OIKON is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services. You can disconnect any service at any time through your account settings.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. OIKON may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any remaining Stardust balance is forfeited upon account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

OIKON provides Cosmo "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OIKON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
