Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of OIKON, The AI Operating System, including its operator Cosmo, the web application, connected integrations, and any related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Jamil Ahmed J Baabdullah LLC, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7050033179, trading as OIKON ("OIKON", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

OIKON is an AI Operating System. Cosmo, your operator, runs on OIKON and is powered by Claude Fable 5, a large language model provided by Anthropic. With your authorisation, Cosmo connects to your tools (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Microsoft 365) through OAuth and direct integrations to retrieve information and perform actions on your behalf.

The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Cosmo is not a licensed professional and does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Any information, output, or action produced by the Service should be independently reviewed and verified before you rely on it. OIKON’s Saudi compliance features (such as ZATCA, VAT, GOSI and zakat tooling) are aids to your own processes and do not replace your obligation to comply with applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account access with unauthorised parties. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify us promptly at support@oikon.io.

Access to the Service is metered in SD, the in-platform unit of usage. Each AI action consumes a quantity of SD. SD is purchased in packs; current packs, pricing and any included SD are published on our pricing page and are billed in Saudi Riyal, inclusive of applicable VAT.

SD is a virtual unit used solely within the Service. SD has no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased SD is used within the Service and is non-refundable once consumed. We may adjust packs, pricing, and SD earning or consumption rates with reasonable prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

When you connect a third-party service to OIKON, you authorise Cosmo to access that service and to perform actions on it on your behalf, strictly within the scope you grant through OAuth or the relevant connection. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each service and to authorise the actions you request.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect any connected service at any time through your account settings; doing so revokes Cosmo’s access on a going-forward basis.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or otherwise provide to the Service, and of the data Cosmo accesses through your connected accounts. We claim no ownership of your content. We process your content only to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or develop foundation or third-party AI models. With your explicit opt-in (off by default), we may use your interactions with the Service to improve how Cosmo works for you (his prompts, memory, and response quality), as described in our Privacy Policy; we never use data from your connected accounts for this purpose.

AI-generated output is provided for your use. We make no claim of ownership over it and give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or originality. You are responsible for how you use any output.

Cosmo is powered by a large language model and may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may take actions that do not match your intent. While Cosmo is designed to source facts from your own data and to flag uncertainty, the Service cannot be guaranteed to be error-free.

You should review AI responses and any proposed or executed tool actions before relying on them, and you remain solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you authorise. To the extent permitted by law, OIKON is not liable for outcomes resulting from your reliance on AI-generated information or from tool actions you authorise.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, circumvent, or otherwise compromise the Service or its underlying systems;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• send spam or unsolicited communications, or otherwise misuse connected channels;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party;
• violate any applicable law or regulation, including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section, with notice where reasonably possible.

The Service, including the OIKON and Cosmo names and marks, the software, designs, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by OIKON or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users, with notice where reasonably possible.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any remaining SD balance is forfeited on termination of your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OIKON will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OIKON’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to OIKON for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OIKON and its owner, officers, and personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give notice by email or in-app notification before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
